  • Does the price apply per piece?

    The packaging unit is indicated in the shopping basket. The price applies to the respective quantity.

  • I cannot enter a quantity for the item, why?

    If you would like to order an item but cannot enter a quantity and the icon with the shopping basket does not appear, this means that the item is not available at the moment and therefore cannot be ordered. In an urgent case, please enquire by e-mail or telephone when the item will be available again.

  • Is there a minimum order quantity?

    No, there is no minimum order quantity. However, please note that even for small orders and for small order amounts, the full shipping costs must be charged.

  • Payment options?

    You can pay most conveniently with VISA and MasterCard credit cards or with the PostFinance Card and TWINT.

    UMB-internal jobs are carried out against invoice or charged internally.

  • How long does the delivery take?

    As a rule, the delivery times according to the GTC apply.

  • Shipping costs / Express (excl. VAT)

    Private purchases:
    The shipping costs are borne by UMB.

    Business references:
    Parcel shipping up to 30 kg: CHF 10.25 per package (shipping via A-Post)
    Parcel shipping up to 30 kg: CHF 25.00 per package (express shipping)
    Europallet max. 500 kg, height 240 cm: depending on effort

  • Can items be sent abroad?

    Yes. International shipments are sent with FedEx. Shipments up to 67 kg are possible, for larger shipments please contact us. The calculated shipping costs can be seen directly in the order process. The delivery time is approx. 2-4 working days.

    Please also note that any customs duties or VAT on import are not included in the price and must be paid by the recipient.
